This Return & Refund Policy explains how Basina Infotech handles refund requests for services including website development, mobile application development, and custom software solutions. By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Nature of Services

Basina Infotech provides digital and customized services, not physical goods. Due to the nature of IT services, returns are generally not applicable once work has started.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Project Not Initiated
    If payment is made and the project has not yet started, a refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment.

  • Duplicate Payment
    If you are charged more than once for the same service, the excess amount will be fully refunded.

  • Service Not Delivered
    If Basina Infotech fails to initiate or deliver the agreed service due to internal issues, a partial or full refund may be considered based on work completed.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Work has already started (design, development, planning, or consultation).

  • Delay caused by lack of response, content, or approvals from the client.

  • Change of mind after project approval.

  • Custom software, websites, or applications that have been partially or fully delivered.

  • Domain, hosting, third-party tools, APIs, licenses, or subscriptions purchased on behalf of the client.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after agreed scope delivery.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The project is canceled mid-way by the client.

  • Refund amount will be calculated based on completed work, time spent, and resources used.


Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your invoice number, payment details, and reason for the request.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
