* Basina Infotech reserves the right to modify project timelines where reasonably necessary.

## 5. Payments

* Pricing will be communicated before project commencement.

* Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

* Failure to make payments may result in suspension, delay or cancellation of services.

* Third-party costs including domain registration, hosting, software licenses, APIs, cloud services, payment gateway fees and applicable taxes are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

## 6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.

Because our services are customized and digital in nature, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

## 7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

* All source code, software, designs, graphics, documents, reports, templates and other deliverables remain the property of Basina Infotech until full payment has been received.

* Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred according to the applicable agreement.

* Basina Infotech reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website or marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

## 8. Courses & Digital Products

For educational courses, digital downloads, templates and other digital products:

* Access is provided for personal use only.

* Sharing, copying, reselling, recording, or redistributing any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

* Fees paid for digital products or courses are generally non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

## 9. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party providers including hosting companies, domain registrars, payment gateways, APIs, software vendors, cloud platforms and external tools.

Basina Infotech is not responsible for interruptions, pricing changes, outages, service failures, security incidents or policy changes caused by third-party providers.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information, project data, source code, credentials, client information and proprietary materials unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.

## 12. Suspension & Termination

Basina Infotech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

* These Terms are violated.

* Payment obligations are not fulfilled.

* Fraudulent, illegal or unethical activity is detected.

* The client repeatedly fails to cooperate with project requirements.

Termination shall not affect any outstanding payment obligations.

## 13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal information.

## 14. Changes to These Terms

Basina Infotech may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
